Staff: running check-in from the web

A backup that isn't a downgrade

When the mobile app can't be installed or is waiting on a release, the web desk runs the same check-in on the same live data. Open it in a browser, sign in with your staff access, and you're scanning.

Desks for every role

  • Check-in staff — scan passes, check in whole parties, record arrivals.
  • Security / parking — verify guests and manage flow at the gate.
  • Host run-of-show — follow the live program and mark segments done.

Scanning in the browser

On Android Chrome the desk uses the built-in barcode detector for camera scanning. Anywhere else, paste or type the code — the result is identical, because it's the same check-in engine as the app.
