Add guests one at a time, paste a list, or import a spreadsheet. Each guest can carry a party size, a role (principal sponsor, entourage, family, general guest…), dietary notes and a contact for the invite.
Every guest gets a private link — by email, SMS or a shareable QR. The link opens their RSVP page and, once they accept, becomes their event pass. No app install and no account required.
The guest-list header is pax-aware: it counts people, not rows. Confirmed, pending and declined update live, and families and +1s roll up into the totals so your catering and seating counts are always honest.
Group a household under one primary guest so a single QR checks the whole family in together. +1s can be left open for the guest to name later, and draft roles let you plan an entourage before names are final.
