HostHaven is the operating system for a celebration. One live Command Center holds your guest list, invitations, seating, run of show, suppliers and check-in — so the plan you build is the same plan your team runs on the day.
From the dashboard choose New event, pick the type (debut, wedding, corporate, graduation and more), and set the date and venue. The event type tailors the guest roles, program templates and checklists you start with — you can change any of it later.
Add coordinators, venue staff and suppliers from Settings → Team. Each person only sees what their role needs. Guests never need an account — they receive a private link.
