The free plan runs a small event end to end. Paid plans raise event, guest and storage limits and unlock the Command Center, suppliers, Production Hub and staff roles.
Some things scale with your event rather than your subscription — SMS credits, extra storage, email volume, AI planning credits and a promoted marketplace listing are billed separately as you use them.
Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Changes take effect immediately and your current events keep running.
